Billy Bennett
Billy got his start into recording with an internship at Chase Park in the spring of 2003. After a year and a half, David allowed Billy to begin booking his own sessions at the studio. Since then, he has worked with numerous of local bands including The Whigs. He recorded their debut album Give 'Em All a Big Fat Lip in the summer of 2006 in an abandoned fraternity house located across the street from the famous 40 Watt Club in downtown Athens, GA. GEAABFL garnered rave reviews in Rolling Stone. Billy also engineered the electronic duo MGMT on their first EP We (Don't) Care. He has been a part of sessions with national bands like R.E.M., the Drive-By Truckers, Now It's Overhead, and Amy Ray of the Indigo Girls.Client list:
